Help to identify this duck needed
 

Guys,
I can not positively identify (but think that it might be close to redhead some some mix...), this one so maybe some one else can help out. It was shot in Northern IL.
It got all gray wings -no colors, yellowish/light brown/gray belly, gray feet and gray (no lines)bill, gray head and green eyes.

It's an female Ring Neck from the best I can tell. Notice the black tip on the bill and that most of the body is black/dark grey. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Ring-necked_Duck/id . Its either that or a eclipse red head. But I am leaning towards the ring neck female.

does it have any blue on its wings or anything?

It did not have any colors what so ever and bill was perfect gray w/o any hint of white line or darker tip.... and it had green eyes.....

judging from the white around the eye and just before the bill...hen ringneck as well.
