Default Draft impact statement published to Federal Register

The FWS has posted a draft impact statement regarding migratory bird hunting to the Federal Register and you can comment on it through March 2011 ([email protected]).

You can find the document at http://flyways.us/regulations-and-ha...atement-issued

A lot to digest at 300 pages plus, but the proposed alternatives are summarized in Chapter 5 (page 147).... including whether duck regulation packages should continue to be adopted and reviewed annually or changed to a 5-year plan.
