N. American Waterfowl Management Plan is under revision
A lot of waterfowl management policy activity in the works this year...
North American Waterfowl Management plan is due to be revised in January 2012. Plan committee has been meeting with stakeholders to review and determine objectives... you can check out the latest update on their progress at http://flyways.us.
This plan has not been reviewed and revised in 25 years, so it'll be interesting to see what new frameworks they can develop to maintain healthy waterfowl populations.
