You're not getting any helpful info on this parkerized subject,,,, and I can't help you either.....
But if you're just looking to dull this finish of your wingmaster for "bird flaring" reasons or if you're wanting to make it look better due to wear of the blueing, try some of the camo tape that is on the market.
I picked up some of the CamoClad 2" wide tape, after reading at other sites threads of fellows having good results with it and claims of being very durable and also the ease of removal.
On my 11-87, applied the tape the length of the barrel at the base of the vent rib and wrapped and cut accordingly with a razor knife, then did the same on the opposite side of the rib allowing for a slight overlap of the tape edges and the rib to remain exposed.
Then applied one piece of tape to each side of the receiver lengthwise and left the top rounded part of the receiver untaped,, due to wrinkles of the tape. Looks good in shadowgrass.

I've got a 1974 Wingmaster also, and my personal choice would be to not take away from the originality of the gun. Just my 2 cents.

Hope this helps.
