homemade lanyards
how do you make a homemade lanyard?
for my duck and goose calls of course |
I've heard parachute cord, colors are your choice, from 1 to 6 strands. Braid according to this: http://www.boondoggleman.com/the_projects3.htm.
Of course, the end loops are still a question I haven't found yet.... I'll update when I find it. But, I've been wondering myself. |
ok thank you
ill just tie them in to the actual knot if and when i get new calls ill just make another lanyard |
You will do the flat braid or round braid either, but make sure that you leave enough on each end for the bottom of the lanyard. Braid the two ends like a girl braids her hair. It isn't hard at all once you get the routine down. It is all repitition.... Good Luck

Like this... I have a tutorial from another site I can send you for the two types... Send me a PM if you want it.

Homemade Custom Lanyards
I've been making lanyards for over 18 years. I can cut you a deal if you let me know what you're looking for. I only use military grade parachute cord for strength and durability. My Call Loops are super tight so you never lose a call again!
