Decent Day!
 

I haven't been posting pics this year, but this was a special hunt. I had some of my best buddies hook up Saturday night and have a few beers and then we went out early Sunday and had a good day. We should have had a limit but I shot like chit! Today was my first day to use the call that Bubba made me for the whole hunt. If we had birds working I was blowing my BCC made by one of our favorite mambers Jake. (AKA-Bubba) Thanks for the call Jake! I can't wait to get another one!

Chris, this was our decoy spread. We had 60 dozen we could have put out that day, but decided to go small. We were hunting a very high pressured area and decided quality and realistic would work better than huge numbers. It was kind of funny. We had 4 trailers full of dekes and decided at the last minute to only use quality Avery shells and a few full bodies.


This was a hunt on Christmas eve.

Great pics luckydog! And talk about a spread! 60 dozen is a lot of decoys :)I've been keeping the spreads smaller as well... most of the time only putting out 2 or 3 woodie dekes, and anywhere from 4 - 6 ringers.
