Pump or o/u for ducks?

I'm going after ducks this weekend and I can't decide which 12 gauge to use. My mossy pump can hold three 3" shells but it jangles like a washing machine. I also have a two year old Franchi o/u which shoots sweet as silk. To make things worse, the Mossy pump is much better at taking abuse and I can replace it for about the price of a pair of boots. Both guns kick so that part is not really a factor.

Sometimes I need that third shot to hit what I'm after. Which would you suggest me taking into the blind?

I`d go with the pump personally. I like the option of that third shot also.

Take the pump. Rattling is not really an issue. Don't take that Franchi and drop it in the mud or water...

I would take which ever I could shoot the best.If there isn't much difference, I'd take a pump.

I prefer to hear three bangs before the cussing starts.
