Video taping hunting

I am just wondering how if anyone video tapes their duck or goose hunting. My buddy and and usually hunt alone so we really dont have a camera man, so if there is some kind of tripod or stand for a camera that works for you guys without having to man the camera that would be great. thanks
Joey

i want a gun mounted camera like Tom Knapp uses to get those 1st person POV shots. anyone know what he uses and where i can get one?

RE: Video taping hunting

I'm not sure what Tom Knapp uses, but I have a camera mount that attaches under the barrel, under neath the magazine cap. It holds the camera off to the right side of the gun, and works pretty nice. There's a shock absorbtion system on it but it still jumps a little bit. I bet it'd be much clearer if youadded some kind of recoil reduction to your gun. Only down sides are theres a bit more added weight, and it's hard to fit it in a gun case with the mount bracket attached to the gun. I got some decent footage of goose hunting soo far this year and plan on going back and editing it and putting it all together. Anyone know of any good film editing programs?
