creek ducks?
i found quite a few ducks this summer while trout fishing. so today i went looking for them and actually found a couple wood ducks, but it stops there.i really wasnt sure on how to go about getting to them.can i stalk ducks?like find out wich way they are swimming and then get ahead of them or is there better way?thanks

Yes you can stalk them in my state. In yours, i don't know the rules and regs. What I do with woodies is just have at most 5 or 6 woody dekes seperated from the main spread. Usually a trio of 2 drakes/1 hen, and then a pair 1 drake/ 1 hen. If they see your dekes and the dekes are in their flight path, they might stop. Its always uncertain what one of those little critters is gonna do.
