I have never used or seen those specific decoys before, so I can not comment on their quality. I personally would not used just Rag decoys. I would get some shells and mix the rags in with them to help create the look of a large flock. I have Flambeau and Avery shells and like them both.

Just my 2 cents.

Try Cabelas they have Carrylite Shell Decoys for around $54.00 thet come with stakes so you can get the full body look. I think those are about the cheapest you will find. I have some Feather Flex decoys that are madefrom the samefoam as turkey decoys that I use when trying to get a larger spread and they were around the same price.

We use them to fill in
But we mainly use shells and full bodies

If your local geese aren't hunted much , you might get away with just socks
But our local geese would never decoy to them after opening day

as the others have said, rags are generally used to supplement shells/fullbodies.... check some of the waterfowl forums you might be able to pick up some decent used shells/fullbodies on their classified forums....
