im not a vet duck buster and want to take on the quachita river huntin rivers ok or wast of time

you talkin' about the Ouchita? I know a little about it, what is the nearest city to you?

generally speaking ducks like rivers just like any other waterway, you just have to learn how/when to hunt them...they can also be pretty scary at times (the big muddy, Mississippi,is beyond "pretty scary" it's downright mean and if you hunt the southern part during the winter and don't know what you are doing you will die...but that is another subject).... I would say you ought to be able to kill ducks there....

dont really know about the river you are talking about but you could check out some local chat rooms and see what they say about it and how to hunt it
