They also make great jerky. When we get into a few hundred in a day or 2, the locker gets the majority of it after we breast 'em out to make us jerky. We usually can't come close to keeping up during this season.

i turn everything to jerky, but i dont think i could handle that many birds at once, id have to find others to take most of them
