starting a seaduck guide service

my buddy and i are looking into starting a small sea duck guide service in mass. we have the decoys, shadows, and a couple of 16' aluminum boats but not sure what kind of license's and other legal documents we need. if anyone has some info. it would be greatly appreciated.

Check out your state's DNR website. I'm pretty sure that in MD you have to have a guide license and a captain's license. Check out the forum on duckhuntingchat.com there are some guides on there.

You need both in NC as well. At least in certain counties you do. VA you don't, not that I'm aware of anyway.
