Choke Suggestions

I haven't hunted ducks in years. I just picked up a new Remington 870 and it has 4 chokes with it. Honestly, I don't know what I last used (it was a fixed choke barrel) and it probably wouldn't matter anyway, since it's been awhile since I last hunted. This new gun comes with 4 different screw in chokes. This is a new option for me.

What do you use, or would you suggest, for a duck hunting choke?

Well for ducks I shot Kent Faststeel 2 3/4" 4 shot. 3's if I can find them. They work great. For geese I shoot 3" BB's and 2's. all with a modified chock.
I learned how to shoot with a youth model 870 with a 18" full choke barrel. It shot 4's really well. But that was about it. For pass shooting a full choke is not bad. But where's the fun in that:D
