Good Day!

I had a great day with one of my best hunting buddies, two limits, and we got lucky with a little extra!

It's called a neck collar. The green means the collar was put on in Colorado, I think. It is a way for them to track them without them being killed, because they can read the number on the collar with bino's.

They neck band geese so they can go to places with high consentrations of geese and glass the area and see and read the neck band numbers. They can get more information and more frequently that way than justrecording the location it was shot at.
