Landed some possible hunting property today. There were hundreds of geese landing in this corn field. I hunted down the owner, dairy farm, and he made it sound like it would not be a problem after deer season. He said some people secure there spot with donations. Has anyone ever paid for hunting property? I have no idea what kind of donation he is looking for.... come on goose season...... I think I will be going north this weekend into an area that goose season is open. I sure wish I could hit something...... I have had way too many chances to be sitting on 2 ducks...

good luck fellas...

Great morning! found a little hole with 100+ ducks in it Fri. after hunting. Went out all day Sun. and seen many, but only decoyed a few. We had two back to back flocks of 75+ birds land in the pond we were hunting. Landed out in the middle, but was an awsome sight. Man this stuff is cool!

This is horrible guys. This is the worst year as far as harvest numbers I've had in 10 years and only 3 more days of season left Hopfully late goose will be some redemption.

shake the dust off this thread. This is my first full season and I am having fun, just not much luck. Most of it is me and my shooting. I have had many chances........ this stuff is cool..... we are starting to get some freezing the last few days, My boat hunting may be ending if we do not get some wind and warm temps.

Good luck guys. I will post my pic. from the weekend soon.

Pictures are on the Pic thread

Well the last three days have proved productive. On Sunday we shot 8 geese with 4 guys this morning we shot 6 geese with 3 guys and hopfully tomorrow morning we will shoot 6 more then the dead time till December 8th and if the birds stick around it should be nothing short of a slaughter.
