RE: goose jerky recipe

goose or duck jerky is quick and simple just put your meat in a zip lock bag, and marinade with soy sauce, salt, pepper, woshtister sauce (dont know how to spell it) teryaki if youd like and any other seasonings. if you like it more hot put in less soy sauce and put in a hot sauce and black pepper. to be honest you can put about anything into your marinade. then your gonna want to let that marinade for at least a day i prefer 2 full days to get real good flavor. if you have a dehyrdator throw the meat on there, otherwise you can do it in your over by putting it on the lowest temp, hanging the meat from the oven racks with tooth picks and then crack the oven door 2-3 inches experiment to find the way you like best
good luck
