Four months till early goose...
Just got done with turkey season here in Wisconsin and was just thinking we only have a little over four mos. until early goose opens along with dove hunting. Just wondering how long everyone else has until they get back out in the field.

RE: Four months till early goose...
We`ve had a spring goose season open since April 1st, goes to May 31st. We also have springbear season from April 24th to July 1st. Turks are over and we have hogs and rabbitsall year.
Sept 1st is the start of the early youth hunt(one week) or Sandhill Cranes, then the regular waterfowl season starts and runs till mid November. By then no duck or goose in its right mind is left here as it is -30 by then. Oh yeah, we got deer, elk, bear, moose, caribou, turkey, 5 types of upland and varmints also. So, we do have something to hunt most times of the year. Ron:D |
