Bands do you guys have??? I have 2 Canada geese bands and a greenhead band.

I have been waterfowl hunting for about 12 years. In the past 6 years I've gotten more serious about it, bagging about 75 ducks per year. I'm dissappointed to say that I have a grand total of 0 bands. Never even seen one. None of my hunting partners have any, or have ever seen one.

Our theory is that by the time the ducks get to Texas, all of the banded ones have been picked off!!!!! DANGIT!!!!

Cameron, I feel you buudy. I have duck hunted for 12 years and never have been lucky enough to get a band either. One time a buddy of mine was goose hunting for his first time andhis first shot he took down a goose and what do you know it had a band on it!!! Beginners luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One duck and 4 geese. 3 of the geese had neck collars also. (See avatar!! LOL!)

zero. Been on hunts with guys who have gotten banded geese. I guess I need to look harder and shoot the right goose.

Our group seemingly kills a few every year. I killed a greenhead in '97 with a band. Last year I got my first goose band and it was a neck collar/leg band combo. This year I got a banded drake canvasback.

Zero for me also. I have seen some neck bands... on geese in a refuge.

6Mallard bands and 1 Wood Duck band. Killed a double banded Mallard drake in 2004 with a $100.00 reward on one of them. That was pretty cool.

2004= 1 band (god dam ****ters!, that was what my 1st band i got was on)(****ters are magansers)
