Surprising Start
 
Our season opened yesterday, I invited an old friend along which I hadn't hunted with in years and I told him since we have been so warm and I really hadn't seen many ducks we would be lucky if we killed 3 for the day maybe some geese. He loves to duck hunt and said that he defianatly wanted to go. Well we ended up with 10 Ducks 1 Woody 2 Widgeon 2 Black Ducks and5 Mallards with 3 Geeseto boot also! 1 goose shy of a limit. What a surprise, he was tickled the Woody was a beatiful Drake that he had been wanting for so long and come to find out it was the first he had ever seen. I hope your seasons start out as well.

Great start to your season Reb. Congrats to your bud on the Woody plus the other birds also.
