How to clean and prepare a goose

OK, I love to hunt, but I'm sorry to say that I don't know how to field clean or prepare agoose for the table. Can anyone one of my fellow hunters help me out here?

As always, any advice is much appreciated, as I mostly hunt alone.

Ive found thatthe bestand quickest way to clean a bird (duck, goose, turkey) is to start by pouring a coffee pot full of hot water over the bird upside down, so that the water doesnt just run off its back. For watever reason it softens up the skin and you can easily tear the feathers out in clumps. On a turkey you dont even have to pluck the feathers they just fall off immediately. But try that out when your cleanin your bird next time.
