Gadwalls

Hey i was just wondering if any of you have shot Gadwalls? I have shot a bunch in the last few times out, just wondering if i should cook them like mallards. Do they kind of taste the same as mallards.

We shoot a lot down here in North Texas. I would probably cook them the same way as the Mallard.
