Anyone use the goose recliner decoy blind or know anyone who does?

jus wondering if they work. i read some that it does but i jus dont see how it wouldnt look obvious that there is one great big goose out in the spread. but if they do work how about ducks. would it spook them?

I have used them a few times for geese and they work just fine, i recently bought a Finisher blind and that is way way better.

I use them and it seems to work alright. The one I used was made by just taking the biggest shell you could buy. ( I think it was super mag but im not sure) and attacthing it to a conduit frame. It's pretty much the same design as a boughten one.The shell is still big enough to cover your whole upper body and a small part of your legs, but a bit smaller than the store-bought brands are. I read somewhere that a goose's size perseption is very poor, so they have a hard time distinguishing how big or small something really is, and thats supposedly 1 of the reasons the chairs dont stand out as much as they do to humans.

well, right now all we are using is a couple camo blankets and we throw some dirt and straw on em to break em up even more. and we had a hard time gettin them to come into range. they would come in but then flare jus out of reach. so jus tryin to think if a goose blind would work. i can get a hold of one for 70 bucks. and i would love to have a final approach blind or somthing along that line but i am currently in college and do not have alot of money:D[:@]:( the college takes it all. but the biggest thing is that if i set up for ducks and geese is the blind gonna scare the geese?

For about $120 you can get a layout blind, and you will be much happier.
