Decoy setup

How do you setup your decoys for Canada Geese? I was out on the weekend using 2 dozen standard shells, and over the years I have faced all the bodies into the wind, but this weekend the geese were not responding to this tactic. I tried facing them a little more relaxed, but still no response.
I am considering buying about a half a dozen bigfoots and flyeres to make the spread more realistic for the experienced geese, but I am not sure what to do. Do you have any input?
