PA Camp/Land

I am intereseted in buying a Camp in Pa and/or a tract of land in Pa.

Would prefer to be in the Clarion or Jefferson County area. Price should be competitive, I have intimate knowledge of area so detailed replies will be followed up and checked out pretty quickly.

May also be interested in leasing land in these areas.
