5.56/223 Ammo

I have around 1000 rounds of 55 and 62 grain(Most are PMC XTAC 95%). I would like to trade or sell for 69/70 grain ammo.

Gun can't shoot 55 or 62 grain. Worthless with a 1 in 7 barrel.
