Wisconsin Land
 

Hey fellas, I'm looking for some central wisconsin hunting land (within 75 miles of Wausau). Ideally, the plot would be at least 40 acres, obviously it should be huntable, some hardwoods maybe, dry ground or dry ground/swamp mix with a good deer population. Finally, (heres the kicker) I'm looking to pay less than $1000 an acre. I know I know, thats cheap. But thats about all I can afford. So if your trying to sell a piece of property close to what I described then would you please PM me. I would greatly appreciate it as the land I'm at now is overly hunted. Also, if you dont have some land for sale like this would you mind passing on the word that I'm looking? Thanks a lot guys. I look forward to any replies:)

Good luck. That's a hard price to find in WI. I'm always looking at WI real estate. Just bought my retirement lot in Hazelhurst. 1.0 acre fo 9,000. Good luck. Look by Winter!
