This was in a hemlock tree at my place. It is done being used by the bird. The quarter is for size comparison.

several visiting my feeders but no nesting pairs in my yard this summer. I did witness a small bird of prey, maybe a falcon of some sort but not sure, grab a humming bird near my feeder and eat it in one of my trees.
