vantage action cam

So a friend of mine and i are in the works of starting to video our hunting and fishing excursions, problem is, we don't have anyone to videotape and we both try and hunt and fish as much as possible and we're competitive with each other, so i was thinking of getting a couple of those vantage cams to mount on our hats, was wondering if anyone on here has used them to film for hours straight, i see clips of them used on the outdoor channel, but i don't know how well they will work to film an entire hunt, any help will be appreciated.

My advice is to take turns videotaping each other. It’s more fun than it sounds and it’s the only way to get consistently good footage.

Id go for a gopro cam instead. It will stand up to anything. crazy universal. Great
