Sure....Rub it in Steven....All I have is a decent 3ccd panasonic from like 1997 and the hunter cam cradle....NO MICS, NO SHOTGUN MIC, NO REMOTE LANC, NO FLUID HEAD....[:@] But I am happy for you, your prob. more into it than I am, this is more of a "just for fun" thing for me. Good Job, looking forward to your vid's.

Sounds like an awesome set up. Congrats.

I've heard that the XH-A1 has so many presets it's insane. For example if you have an opening that you KNOW is the one you want to shoot in you can get your zoom and focus all set and then set it as a preset. That way when that big buck comes strolling in you set up on the opening hit your preset and Bang! you're good to go.

Good luck with that set up. Keep us posted on how you like it and how you're doing.

How do you like the campbell cover for your camera. I'm looked at them numerous time on the net, but just haven't pulled the trigger and bought one. I assume you're talking about the rain cover?

yea, its cool although the velcro is so loud! it practically rips open, also its hard to reach all the buttons through the cover but other than that it works good

Velcro is always a pain. I think using any rain cover will hinder the use of the manual controls. Have you tested to make sure it truely is water proof?

The big question is does it fit on the XHA1 with a Mic Shockmount and a Shotgun Mic mounted on the camera?
