Roscoby Riser Camera

Has there been a review on the Roscoby™ Riser Cam Video Camera Stabilizer for Bow? If so please link.

Has anybody used this camera yet? I know it is new for this year but thought somebody would have looked into it already. The camera mounts to the riser stabilizer. Was wondering about the quality of video and ease of use?

I have not used one but have seen video shot with it................would work well as a second camera, but definately not enough quality to use a primary;)

Yeah, I agree that the quality and tendancy to shake would nt make it a good primary camera choice, but if it's the only way you have to do it then it's better than nothing. It will however make an exceptional insert into the primary video or split screen. It would also help in those times when you got an absolute brute that the camera man got incoming footage of but cant get the shot. It deifnately has it's place and could add to the excitement of the hunt. I shot an interview with them during the ATA show this year. You can see it on episode 3 of my show at www.theaverageoutdoorsman.com

Thanks for the info. I hunt a lot alone so to be able to video a hunt for myself would be a plus. The camera looked interesting but if the quality is poor it might not be worth $350

I mostly self video my hunts and do it with a full sized pro-sumer camera and bow..............it can be done solo, just takes alot of planning and prep before the hunt;)
