Good to see you out and about...find a spot on your wallfor your bear mount brother...it will happen. I wouldn't take you with me for just the memories and the fish...you'll get a bear.

I am not selling any DVDs with NON-royalty free music...IT is my understanding that this is ok right? This is just a movie clip on a website...
If I was selling DVDs it would be all royality free.

It needs to be royalty free or you need written permission to use it. Example, look for any Saturday Night Live stuff on YouTube. Nobody is trying to make money, but NBC has it yanked. There is plenty of free royalty free stuff out there and there are programs like Acid (just one of many) to generate your own music. Believe me, I've been in the music biz for almost 30 years and I know how ruthless ASCAP and BMI can be. They have high $$$ lawyers.

MY opinion:
This is wrong....I'm making no money..its just for fun...I'm advertising the music in a video. If anything...people are going out to buy the CD's because of me....
