Looking for a good camera arm....
Any suggestions?
Two I've read about so far are the Huntercam Cradle and the Dillon Superarm. I was hoping to find something a little less expensive....but I'm sure it is a case of "you get what you pay for". Thanks, Scott |
RE: Looking for a good camera arm....
depends on how heavy your camera is. I have the superarm and like it. Only thing is, it is tough to carry in with a climber and a camera.

If you are using a consumer camera,or anything that weighs less than 2 pounds, try the pro bow cam from pine ridge, I used two put together and if you swap out the crappy pan head for a good fluid head it works good. Also you can get two for under 100$

RE: Looking for a good camera arm....
Ameristep has one that works great. It's adjustable for all tree angles, and is great for mid to small cameras, I would suggest a better head for bigger cameras. Not sure on price but pretty sure it is under $100 by a bunch.
