Burning For Birds

Was recently in northern Indiana, giant prescribed fires! Really preparing to take this to my bird hunting property this year! Anyone else burn specifically for upland birds?

I burn my NWSG fields on a 3 year rotation. 1/3 of my fields each year. The results are excellent. I have very high usage by turkey and pheasant, deer and quail. I think burning and discing are probably the two biggest tools I use for improving small game hunting here on my place.
