I am a 12 year old boy who has a in central Pennsylvania. We would like to try to create a huntable population of pheasants or quail on our farm. Most of the farm is in the CREP program so we have a huge amount of nice thick cover.(Mostly goldenrod, etc.)We hope to get some reproducing birds on our property using the surrogator. We are hoping to get the building plans so we can hopefully build one. As they are cheaper that way.
