Honey Lake in N. Florida or SouthWind in South Georgia for Quail Hunt?

Honey Lake in N. Florida or SouthWind in South Georgia for Quail Hunt?
I've never been to either, but I've narrowed it down to these to lodges based on price, location and a few other criteria. Anyone spent time at either and can give any advice?
