You don't need one.
Doves primarily 'call' during mating, nesting season in order to attract a mate and establish their territory.
They don't 'call' during hunting season........ Why waste your money ?

Invest in some good dove decoys.

Better off finding a good "stand" of roosting trees with a water source and feed/seed near by.

Set-up in the flight path at dawn and dusk.
