Any Quail in OHIO?

It's pretty unlikely you will find more than the rare covey in Ohio anymore. It's not out of the question, but you'll have to be very lucky or you'll have to do a lot of walking.
I live in Virginia, which used to be a great quail hunting state. Not anymore. I can't recall the last time I found a wild covey. Some farms in my region have a few, but they are typically owned by folks who spend a lot of money and time managing specifically for quail.
