Help with Doves.

Hi. I was just wondering...what is the best time and place to hunt doves? Here in PA we have a triple split season, and during the first season we can huny from noon ' til dusk. Give me any information that you can. Thanks.

hunted doves yesterday. i got two birds during the day and i had to walk corn fields and flush them up like pheasants. they were not flying midday. then around 4:30 they started coming out of the trees to feed. the birds were everywhere. shot nine of them from 4:30 on. hope this helps. :)

I prefer to hunt them in the early morning and late evening. I have my best luck in the first and last hour of shooting time. Good luck!
