Whose shootin Banded Doves???
 

I thought these things were supposed to be down closer to the Gulf and TX area. I hunt in northern MS (about 10 miles south of the TN/MS line) and we are killing quite a few banded doves already. They dont count toward the daily mourning dove limits so we wack em ALL!!! They' re beautiful birds, bigger than mournings and easier to hit (IMO). Dont sound all that bad to me lol.

Whoelse and where else are they being seen/shot?

03a3, I believe RedAllison is talking about the Eurasian Collard Dove that have a rapidily expanding population, and do not count against your daily limit of Mourning Doves.;)
