I'm glad to see they fixed the content filter. A few years ago, the site would filter the last four letters of "woodcock," so I started joking about "wood penis" birds. Heheheh

You can start training at any age but I suggest you buy a book and/or DVD. Most follow a standard regiment on when to start such and such training.
