If you had to use 1 shotshell, which one?
 

Just curious what you guys would reccomend for the best all a around Pheasant shell. We'll be shooting Benelli Super Vinci's from mid season to Late season. What Shell would reccomend and what shot size that would be good for the whole season?

Any special choke tube reccomendation with this shell?

#4 shot 3" = wild birds.

Imp Cyl = early season, over dogs

Mod choke = mid season

Imp Mod = late in the season

Any manufacterer or brand of shells?

I have used FIOCCHI Golden Pheasants GPX's the past 4 years in South Dakota and have been very pleased with them. I usually use 2 3/4 #5'S 1 3/8 OZ. Think they run about 1500 fps. Most birds hit with them fold and drop dead. I shoot a Benelli SB II and use either a Mod. or Imp cyl. depending on how the birds are acting.
