Mounting Pheasant

I am thinking about getting a pheasant mounted. Anyone do this? How much would it cost? I am thinking about getting it in a flying position.

I know this sounds cague, but I got one mounted, in flight, about 3 years ago for either $150, or $300. I know I made one payment when I dropped the bird off & one when I picked up, but can't remember the amount???

The price could be very different now & in NY...

Yeah, $300 shipped is the going market up in South Dakota. IMO, the standing pheasant mounts look much better. The pheasant's wings are kind of drab and when flying, hide the color of the body. My favorite mount is a wall mount, standing profile. Very sharp!
