Nothing is cheap now, but scroll down a little bit and look at the two posts where people ask the exact question. I use #4 shot, and an improved choke.

Hard to say, what is the max shot size the preserve will let you use? If they let you use larger than 7 1/2 I use #6 shot with Modified chokes in my 20 ga and imp cyl in my 12 ga.

I have been using Remington even though I am not a big fan of there components. bought at Wal-Mart. you can get buy very with with theRemingtom Sur Shot ammo.

7 1/2 shot at 1 1/8 oz of shot. That should be enough at a game farm. Try shooting a open choke to fill out the combo. Good Luck!
