Today's Hunt
 

Hey fellas, great day in the field. Myself, My father, Grandfather, and Grandpa's buddy. We were in Southern Illinois at Ullin's put and take reserve. I really enjoyed the day and reccomend this to anyone in the area. 45$ for 6 quail or 3 phesant. Well, I went 5-6. Missed one bird, so I am pretty proud of myself. Dog was "Jake" 11 year old Brit. He did a damn good job for an old boy!

Anyone got a good recepie for the quail? Just been soaking in water/salt for overnight now and getting ready to cook for me and the girl. Got any good suggestions. I have 3 whole quail.
