reciepies 4 dovers
just want to try new reciepeis, but my personal favorite is;
1.)boil boneless breasts in french onion soup (comes in a package not a can) for 30 minutes.
2.)discard soup and put breasts in to crock pot with cream of mushroom soupfrom a can.
3.)cook until done and serve.

Stuffed Dove
Cooking Time: 30 mins
Recipe Instructions:
Cut the dove off the bone in two halves. Marinade in your favorite marinade. Take one half of the breast, place a slice of cheese and a jalapeno on top. Place the other half of the breast and place it on top the pepper. Wrap in bacon and place a toothpick to hold together. Place on grill and cook till the bacon is done to your liking.
Brush with bar-b-que sauce and cook for about 1 or 2 min. on each side.
Take off eat and enjoy.
Ingredients:
dove
pepper jack cheese
jalapeno pepper
bacon
bar-b-que sauce [/ul]
I like to marinade in beer and dales sauce. I like using honey and brownsugar bar-b-que sauce. It's easier to use thick sliced bacon and wrap the meat so that it covers the meat as much as possible, so that you hold the cheese in.

We have always favored the stuffed dove breasts between onion and jalapeno. This year we tried something new. One of my girlfriends mentioned a "sweet & hot" jalapeno, (like certain pickles). OH were they better than the fresh peppers. So much more flavor.
Soak breasts in water for couple of hours (up to overnight)
Split, stuff with sweet/hot jalapeno. Place on skeewers between onion & bell pepper slices. Grill to perfection.
We fixed up some long grain and wild rice to go with them....They were yummy.
