/\/\/\ LOL! I think what is asked is how you clean them? There are several ways but here is one: Break or cut the wings off (unless transporting). Next you may want to remove some of the feathers from the breast. Hold the dove with one hand, using a finger to support the head (Finger goes in front of the neck). Follow the breast plate to the bottom and use your thumb or a knife to start speration. Use your thumb and get under the breast plate and simply pull apart.

Sory,
On a Dove there is only one good Part The Breast
Cut off Wings and Pull Breast out
Soak in Salt Water in Fridge overnight wash good try to pick out shot and feathers that shot pulls into the breast.
Grilling Doves
Marinate in Kens Rasberry Walnut Vinagrette Salad Dressing for 24hrs
Wrap in Bacon and Grill untill Medium DO Not Over Cook
Same Recipie except using Italian Dressing as Merinade works great but doesn't taste as good
Awesome Fried Doves
Using a sharp knife remove meat from breast bone wash good
Lightly Bread with House Autry Medium Hot Seafood Breader
Fry in Hot Oil until Golden Brown
Oil Temp is important
Peanut Oil 375-385 F
all other oil 350 F
