Wanted SxS Small Gauge
 

I am Looking for a sideXside 28 or 410 for quail hunting i can not afford a parker but would like something nice. these seem to be affordable
anyone shot these guns yet

Remington Doubles (made for them by someone else) cheap for a sxs
Stevens model 311 sxs

Take a look at DeHaan 's SxS. Made in Turkey for Dehaan but a step up from stoeger & remingtons offering. The CZ isn't to bad for the money either. It's head and shoulders above most of the other SxS's with 1000 or under price tag.

I saw a Ruger SxS i think it is called a Gold Label is this one any good

I've never had the chance to see one up close yet, but published specs. seem right for a nice handling shotgun. They are a bit more than CZ or others. I've talked to a few SxSthat are "vintager" people and they gave the Ruger decent marks. I know Parkers or even Parker Repo's are pricey but what is your price range?

I ordered a New L.C. Smith they have just offered it in a 410 SxS
Rugers SxS is only avilable in 12ga
The CZ is a nice gun but the only single selective triger is in the RingNeck Model and it has a real long stock i would need to cut it to fit and place a corection kit to bring my head back down on the gun

The Ruger Gold Label is very good. It has gotten awesome reviews from all the mags. There is also a company down south. I believe it maybe Fox. Good guns also.

I have two CZ USA shotguns. The first is a 28 gauge o/u model is called the woodcock. I also have a 20 gauge ringneck model. Both of mine have 26 inch barrels. Buy one you will not regret it.

I got to shoot a CZ-USA 410 Ring neck SxS the other day.
I will say that it is agreat little gun and handles very well i shot a double with it and also got alot of singles missed some birds 2 times.
I Hope my new L.C. Smith is as good or better. i am on the waiting list and shoudget the gun within 30 days.
