uplands in kansas? nov 2 and 3rd?

they have a "youth hunt" nov 2 and 3rd? anyone have info on that? do you have to have a special hunt thing filled out? how old do you have to be to be concidered "youth". thanks for any info!

I was out deer hunting, and the bird hunters were sure shooting a fair amt. Seemed everybody was grabbing a kid and taking them hunting, just so they could get a crack at them a week early.
