Will A Silent Dog Whistle cause a Tom to gobble ?

From what I've heard and read, no it won't, but I have not personally tried it.

my buddy carries a call called "dead silent" that appears to be some sort of dog whistle turkey shock call. Don't know where he got it though...

M.A.D. Calls (Drury bros.) put that call on the market about 9 years ago. Haven't seen it anywhere for a long time.

It was called a M.A.D. Dead Silence

They worked pretty good once they were set at the right pitch. One of my hunting partners used to carry one. If you watch Ebay, you can find 'em from time to time.

I used one once and got a turkey to gobble. But it hasn't worked since. I use a regular dog whistle.
